Why we're hiring

Our turnaround is the reason recruiters open our resumes first. To protect that promise as orders grow, we are expanding our certified writer roster. This is a remote, contract role with consistent volume and clear pay per resume.

Who we're looking for

Required

• Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference for BSN, MSN, MPH, MA in English, MA in Communications, or related field.
• CPRW, NCRW, ACRW, or equivalent professional resume writing certification. We accept candidates currently enrolled in CPRW certification if writing samples meet our standard.
• Minimum 3 years of professional writing experience, with at least 1 year writing healthcare or nursing resumes.
• Native English fluency, written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of hospital ATS systems (Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Oracle HCM) and travel nursing VMS platforms (Bullhorn, Avionté, Vivian Health, Aya Healthcare).
• Ability to deliver a full resume within a 4-hour production window. We schedule shifts, you commit to your slots.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• Eligible to work as an independent contractor in the United States (W-9) or invoice from your country of residence.

Strongly preferred

• Active or former RN, NP, or allied health professional.
• Experience writing for ICU, ER, OR, L and D, PACU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, PICU, NICU, or travel nursing candidates.
• Familiarity with TJC, ANCC Magnet, and Joint Commission language.
• Portfolio of published or client-approved resumes you can share.

Not a fit if

• You rely on AI to draft resumes. Every line is written by you, by hand. We use software only as a spell-checker and grammar aid.
• You cannot commit to a same-day turnaround window.
• You have no healthcare or nursing context in your background.
