Refund Policy

We stand behind every resume and cover letter we deliver.

  1. Two free revision rounds. Every order includes two rounds of revisions within 30 days of the date of delivery, at no extra cost. Request revisions by replying to your delivery email.
  2. Money-back conditions. You may request a full refund if we fail to deliver your draft within the timeline shown at checkout, if you requested revisions in writing and we did not deliver them within 7 days, or if the final delivered file does not match the service tier you purchased.
  3. Non-refundable cases. Refunds are not available when the intake form was submitted with inaccurate or incomplete information, more than 30 days have passed since delivery, you have already approved the final draft in writing, or you change your mind after delivery (we are a custom service, work is performed).
  4. How to request a refund. Reply to your order confirmation email, or email maria@resumestat.com with your order number and the reason. We respond within 2 business days.
  5. Refund processing. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  6. Dispute resolution. If you are unhappy with your delivery, contact maria@resumestat.com first. We commit to resolving any refund or revision request within 5 business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting our support team may delay your refund and is considered a breach of our Terms of Service.
  7. Approval finality. Once you approve the final draft in writing, the sale is considered complete and no refund is available.
